ABOUT JILLIAN
Hi! I’m Jillian. I work with individuals and couples who are seeking meaningful personal and professional transformation — whether that means navigating a life transition, improving relationships, clarifying purpose, building confidence, or creating a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
With more than 20 years of experience supporting people in growth and change, I bring an integrative and deeply human approach to coaching. My work blends developmental, cognitive behavioral, attachment, systems, and positive psychology perspectives along with neuroscience-informed practices and emotional intelligence work. Depending on your goals, I may incorporate personality style assessments, relationship and communication tools, conflict resolution models, mindfulness practices, or values-based exercises to help create a coaching process tailored specifically to you.
At the heart of my work is the belief that people thrive when they feel connected — to themselves, to others, and to a sense of meaning and purpose. Many of us develop patterns and coping strategies that helped us adapt earlier in life but no longer support who we are becoming. Coaching offers an opportunity to step back, increase awareness, clarify what matters most, and intentionally create new ways of living, relating, and leading.
I am especially passionate about helping people strengthen communication, develop healthier boundaries, navigate relationships more consciously, and reconnect with their authentic voice. I have facilitated workshops and groups focused on emotional intelligence, mindfulness, communication, dating and relationships, and sales and networking and I bring both warmth and practical structure to the coaching process.
My background as both a licensed psychotherapist and Professional Certified Coach allows me to support clients with depth while remaining future-oriented and action-focused. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northwestern University, a Master’s in Community Counseling from Loyola University Chicago, and a second Master’s in Transformational Leadership & Coaching.
Beyond my professional work, I’m continually inspired by travel, sacred sites and traditions around the world, yoga and contemplative practices, music, art, movement, and the healing power of nature and human connection.
Our first session will leave you with greater clarity, a stronger sense of direction, and the beginning of a practical plan for moving forward. If you’re curious about working together, I offer a complimentary 20-minute discovery call to explore fit, answer questions, and learn more about what you’re hoping to create.

Clients will often see results in 2-3 sessions, but for lasting change, I recommend at least a 12-session package start. We will meet every week or every other week to start, and then transition to bi-monthly or monthly sessions. Sessions are usually 50 minutes, but 30-minute sessions are also available and can be potent and efficient. Our schedule will depend on how much time you need to integrate your learning into your life.
I offer monthly or every other month check-in sessions for as long as you need.

My background includes the study of the popular Imago, Attachment and Emotion-focused therapies, and I’ve worked for over 20 years with an organization that coaches couples with an assignment-based program designed to build resilience and intimacy. I also reference the seven principles the Gottman Labs found that lead to lasting and fulfilling marriages.
I am a facilitator for the Prepare/Enrich program which include a research-based assessment that provides feedback as to your strengths and growth areas as a couple.
The first step is to fill out my couple’s intake form so I can learn about your specific goals. The first session will give us more information as to how to proceed forward.
I also offer premarital coaching packages that you can read about on the home page.

The best thing is to set up a 20 min Discovery call so you can let me know what you’re looking for from coaching and ask me anything you’d like. We can assess our “chemistry”, and if I’m not a fit for you, I’m happy to provide other recommendations or resources for you.
After our initial call, I’ll send you my coaching contract and intake form and we can schedule our first session.
If you are a returning client back to work toward a new result in your life, or you know you’d like to work with me, schedule a full session through my calendar link.
If you are a company seeking coaching or corporate trainings for your staff, we follow a similar flow: initial Discovery call, a proposal for your desired results, contract, and then we begin.
