Jillian and Ruth make a great team; I felt supported and completely safe throughout. They guide you through the what's, the why's of this emotion - and then get you into the real bodily experience of venting your anger. It is very, very powerful and I highly recommend this workshop!

  • The "Anger Gym" workshop meant a lot to me. The coaches gave me and the other participants a meaningful walkthrough of how anger works and manifests so we can be more mindful of it. The session empowered me to accept my feelings for what they are, and I came away with many helpful techniques and thought strategies for finding peace, calm and relief from challenging feelings through the physical expression of my anger. I now feel more relaxed have more strength to take on the world. I have used the techniques from the workshop several times, and I highly recommend this experience. The coaches were knowledgeable and friendly; they were professional, and I felt very safe in the space and amongst the other participants. I would definitely participate again.
