Grounding Meditation

Tapping into the earth’s healing energy is an excellent way to regulate our nervous systems - the mechanism of our body that helps us deal with stress and cope with overwhelming emotions. When you don’t have an option to go outside and walk barefoot on the grass or soil, you can still ground yourself with guided imagery.

This grounding meditation is a practice to anchor your awareness in the present moment and connect you to a greater resource, allowing your body to relax and receive energy for greater clarity and wellbeing.
