Every couple brings patterns learned from their own families of origin, and together we’ll unpack how these dynamics show up in your relationship — especially highlighted during the wedding planning process. I’ll also share research-based principles of successful marriages—and the common pitfalls that lead to divorce. You’ll each learn how to clearly express what you feel, want, and need, while having a safe space to tackle the conversations that can be hard to start on your own. You’ll leave with practical tools you can use leading up to the wedding, and throughout your marriage.

Forever Foundation: 8-Session Prepare/Enrich Couples Coaching – $1600

This package includes the Prepare/Enrich assessment, the most widely researched tool for couples—used by over 5 million couples nationwide and shown to reduce divorce risk by 30%. The assessment is customized for your unique factors—age, religion, culture, kids, previous marriages—and provides a report outlining your couple type, satisfaction level, strengths, and opportunities for growth. Areas covered include communication, conflict resolution, finances, lifestyle, intimacy, roles, parenting, and spiritual beliefs.

Session 1: Take the assessment before our first meeting. We’ll review your results, clarify your goals, and set a roadmap for the coaching process.

Sessions 2–7: Explore feedback areas in depth, focusing on growth opportunities. Two sessions may be held individually. Sessions are flexible, allowing important conversations to surface naturally. Homework from the Prepare/Enrich Couples Workbook supports learning between sessions.

Session 8: Review your growth, solidify tools and strategies, and create a plan to continue strengthening your relationship. Option to schedule this session a month after the wedding for post-wedding reflection.

Package includes: Prepare/Enrich Assessment, Personality Assessment, and Couples Workbook with exercises and activities ($85 value).

Connection Intensive: 4-Session Couples Coaching – $800

Session 1: Assess the current state of your relationship. We’ll explore strengths, areas for growth, and sources of conflict. Topics may include communication style, personality differences, finances, lifestyle, intimacy, household roles, and spiritual or religious beliefs. Optional personality assessment feedback is included.

Sessions 2–3: Individual sessions for each partner to explore family-of-origin patterns, attachment style, and core beliefs about relationships. Identify patterns you want to keep and those you want to shift.

Session 4: Bring insights together to define your shared vision and concrete action steps. Develop tools to strengthen your relationship and navigate future challenges.

Package includes: $30 Personality Assessment per person.

Additional sessions added for $225/session.
